How can I track my order?

You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been placed.  All you need to do is click on the track order link in top bar of our website and track the journey of your item in real time! 

Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?

We recommend that you receive the order yourself to ensure complete satisfaction. In case you are not present, the parcel will be delivered to the person available and this may be confirmed on call with you by our delivery executive. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver will be taken at the time of delivery.

What should I do if I miss my delivery?

We understand that you can’t wait at home (or office - whatever your delivery address is) right from the time you’ve placed the order till it’s delivered to you. We will make one attempts to deliver your order.(or with your permission by email/text us.we can deliver your next door naibour)

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment, since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product.
